Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3)
Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) is designed for participants with high and complex support needs who require intensive, expert assistance to manage their NDIS plans and navigate challenging situations.
Our Specialist Support Coordinators work closely with participants, families, carers, and service providers to address complex barriers, reduce risks, and ensure supports are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with individual goals.
Our support includes:
- Coordinating and managing complex support arrangements
- Working collaboratively with multiple providers and service systems
- Identifying risks and preventing plan or service breakdowns
- Providing support during crisis situations or periods of significant change
